What a fantastic night the first, of many I hope, the “Hospice at Home Brides Ball” was. Held at the Washington Central Hotel in Workington last Saturday night. A tally at the end of the evening suggested over £800 had been raised, which is absolutely fantastic.
Everyone appeared to have a wonderful evening, though it has taken us a couple of days to recover – I really should join a gym!

It does prove how portable our booth is – two flights of stairs to a second floor room.
Anyway it was for a great cause which is far more important and as far as we could tell everyone thoroughly enjoyed the booth with most making at least 2 visits if not moreGetting ready to go in the booth.

Big thank you to Gillian for the work she did in getting everything organised.
