Tuesday night saw us in Durham, at St Aidans College for their annual Summer Ball. One of the busiest nights we’ve had, non stop from 10pm to 2am.
What a fantastic night, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained yet the queue for the booth never died down all evening. I did manage to wander off to the ‘headphone’ room – what a bizarre experience! Flashing disco lights, dry ice and a night club feel yet no sound – very eerie! Except for the odd out of tune sound emitted by those dancing. It transpires two different tunes were being played so some were singing along to one and others another, add to this the different dance pace – you get the picture.
