It’s funny but everyone leaves the arranging of the transportation aspect of any event until the last to deal with.
It’s probably because it’s the one aspect of the event that can cause most headaches – and it’s certainly true that the transport provider is the first and last service the delegate or client will experience, and indeed may measure the success of the event on, overall.
Finding the right service provider for your event transportation can be a daunting prospect. Furthermore, when selecting a venue for your event, the logistics of getting people in and out of the venue, or parking up buses or minivans to run shuttles or point to point transfers may need a professional oversight before you decide to go ahead. Even the organisation of transfers in and out of airports can prove a logistical nightmare if you haven’t selected the right supplier.
